Hello HEXAspec Community, It's been a while since our last update! HEXAspec LLC officially converted to a Delaware C-Corp this spring. Our founder, Dr. Tianshu Sean Zhai, successfully completed his PhD and became HEXAspec's first full-time employee, fully committed to the company's journey ahead. Additionally, we received the latest batch of NSF Partnership for Innovation (PFI) funding—$550,000—to accelerate our research progress. HEXAspec is on a mission to revolutionize heat management in semiconductor chips, enhancing their thermal conductivity for cooler operation and reduced energy costs.

More on Semiconductors: The First Two Advanced Packaging Plants in the U.S.?TSMC plans to build two advanced packaging facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, as part of a larger $165 billion investment in U.S. semiconductor manufacturing. This expansion includes six semiconductor fabs, two advanced packaging facilities, and a research and development center.
